Creamy Lemon-Chive Dressing
This creamy lemon-chive dressing is ready in minutes and proof that you can have a rich, satisfying salad dressing without packing in the calories or fat!

- 1 cup light cream
- ⅓ cup fresh chives (finely minced)
- Lemon zest
In a jar, combine the lemon juice and salt.
