Frozen Yogurt Bark with Blueberries and Almonds

This frozen yogurt bark with blueberries and almonds is so easy to make for a delicious, cool, creamy treat that’s also low in sugar.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Line an 8- x 8-inch freezer-safe baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, frozen blueberries, almonds, and honey.
    2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt, ½ cup frozen blueberries, ¼ cup slivered almonds, 1 tablespoon honey
  • Spread the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Place in the freezer until the bark has set, about 3 hours.
  • Let the pan sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften. Then, remove the yogurt bark from the pan, peel off the parchment paper, and break into pieces.

Notes

This recipe is for 4 servings of yogurt bark.
Do not thaw the blueberries before using.
If you'd like your frozen yogurt bark to be a bit sweeter, feel free to use vanilla yogurt or add a bit more honey. 
You can also customize this recipe with your own add-ins. Try another fruit, different chopped nuts, or even sugar-free chocolate chips.
Yogurt bark will stay fresh in the freezer for several months.
