  • In a 16-ounce glass, stir together the apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  • Add 11 ounces of sparkling water, then stir again. Add ice cubes if desired.

Notes

This recipe is for 1 serving of soda.
If the soda is too tart, you can add a little of your favorite sweetener or dilute it with more sparkling water.
I don't recommend making this soda in advance; over time, the sparkling water will go flat.
