In a 16-ounce glass, stir together the apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
Add 11 ounces of sparkling water, then stir again. Add ice cubes if desired.
This recipe is for 1 serving of soda.
If the soda is too tart, you can add a little of your favorite sweetener or dilute it with more sparkling water.
I don't recommend making this soda in advance; over time, the sparkling water will go flat.
