- 1 clove garlic (peeled)
- ¼ cup cilantro or parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 avocado (coarsely chopped)
- Juice from a small lime
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
With your food processor running, drop the garlic through the feed tube to mince it.

Stop the processor, then add the cilantro or parsley, olive oil, avocado, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
