Ingredients
3poundspork tenderloin
½cupvinegar-based barbecue sauce or juice-based marinade
Instructions
Cut each tenderloin in half cross-wise.
3 pounds pork tenderloin
Place two pieces of tenderloin in the slow cooker parallel to each other, then place the other two pieces on top, perpendicular to the bottom pieces.
Pour the sauce on top.
½ cup vinegar-based barbecue sauce or juice-based marinade
Cover and cook on High for about 3½ hours.
Use two forks to shred the meat directly in the slow cooker, then mix well with the liquid in the bottom of the pot.
Turn to Low, cover, and let it cook an additional 15 minutes or so.
