Pulled Pork Tenderloin (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients 

  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • ½ cup vinegar-based barbecue sauce or juice-based marinade

Instructions

  • Cut each tenderloin in half cross-wise.
    3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • Place two pieces of tenderloin in the slow cooker parallel to each other, then place the other two pieces on top, perpendicular to the bottom pieces.
  • Pour the sauce on top.
    ½ cup vinegar-based barbecue sauce or juice-based marinade
  • Cover and cook on High for about 3½ hours.
  • Use two forks to shred the meat directly in the slow cooker, then mix well with the liquid in the bottom of the pot.
  • Turn to Low, cover, and let it cook an additional 15 minutes or so.

Notes

This recipe is for 8 servings of pulled pork.
