Melonberry Popsicles

A great way to cool off on a hot summer day.

Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups watermelon chunks, seeds removed
  • 1 cup raspberries or blueberries
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle molds (or use paper cups and wooden sticks).
  • Freeze until solid.
