Ingredients

DRESSING

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon coarse-grained mustard or Homemade White Wine Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

SLAW

  • 1/4 large head purple or red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 cups green grapes halved
  • 1 apple cut into thin strips

Instructions

MAKE DRESSING

  • Combine vinegar, honey, mustard, and olive oil in a small jar with a screw-top lid.
  • Shake well and season with salt and pepper.

MAKE SLAW

  • In a large bowl, combine cabbage, grapes, and apple. Add dressing and mix well.
  • Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Notes

Can be served at room temperature or straight from the refrigerator.
