  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon coarse-grained mustard or Homemade White Wine Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  • 1/4 large head purple or red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 cups green grapes halved
  • 1 apple cut into thin strips



  1. Combine vinegar, honey, mustard, and olive oil in a small jar with a screw-top lid.
  2. Shake well and season with salt and pepper.


  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, grapes, and apple. Add dressing and mix well.
  2. Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
