  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen berries mixture of blueberries, raspberries, and/or strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut water or water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes for garnish
  • Fresh berries for garnish


  • Blend yogurt, berries, almond butter, hemp hearts, chia seeds, coconut water, and honey in a blender until well-combined.
  • Pour into a bowl and garnish with coconut and fresh berries.

I used whole milk Greek yogurt. If you're watching your fat intake, try low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt.
Skipping the honey will save you 3g of carb.
