Berry Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie in a bowl featuring a variety of berries and Greek yogurt
Servings: 2 servings
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen berries mixture of blueberries, raspberries, and/or strawberries
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut water or water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Unsweetened coconut flakes for garnish
- Fresh berries for garnish
Blend yogurt, berries, almond butter, hemp hearts, chia seeds, coconut water, and honey in a blender until well-combined.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with coconut and fresh berries.
Nutritional information does not include coconut and fresh berry garnishes.
I used whole milk Greek yogurt. If you're watching your fat intake, try low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt.
