Red, White, and Blue Smoothies

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 peeled and frozen bananas
  • ½ cup coconut
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • Agave nectar

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine strawberries, ¼ cup of yogurt, ¼ cup of almond milk and agave to taste. Blend well and pour mixture evenly into four clear cups.
  • Rinse the blender and combine bananas, coconut, ½ cup of yogurt, ¼ cup of almond milk and agave to taste. Blend. Pour evenly over the strawberry mixture.
  • Rinse the blender and combine blueberries, ¼ cup of yogurt, ¼ cup of almond milk and agave to taste. Blend, then pour over the banana coconut mixture. Garnish and serve!
