Ingredients

  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 3 ounces smoked salmon coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until everything is incorporated.
  2. Transfer to a small bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to develop.

Low-carb serving option: Skip the crackers and serve with cucumber rounds or celery sticks.
