  • 1 lime halved crosswise
  • 1 lemon halved crosswise
  • 1 orange halved crosswise
  • 1 pink grapefruit halved crosswise
  • 6 cups water


  1. Juice all of the fruit into a measuring cup. Discard rinds.
  2. Pour juice through a strainer into a pitcher that will hold at least 8 cups.
  3. Add the water and stir.

Recipe Notes

If you are taking a statin to control your cholesterol, you may want to skip the grapefruit. Grapefruit may increase the risk of side effects with certain statins. Check with your doctor to see if grapefruit is okay for you.
