Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 pound plain silken tofu
  • juice from 2 large oranges
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 2 teaspoons honey optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender container.

  2. Blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes

If your strawberries are ripe, you won't need the honey. If you choose to use it, add 6g carb per serving.
