No need to run to the store — you can make this easy balsamic vinaigrette right at home! All you need is five simple ingredients and a whisk.

Instructions

  • Combine the balsamic vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
    ½ cup balsamic vinegar, 1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, salt & pepper
  • Whisk until well-combined.
  • While continuing to whisk, add the olive oil in a steady stream.
    ½ cup olive oil

Notes

This recipe is for 8 servings of balsamic vinaigrette. Each serving is 2 tablespoons.
Any extra can be stored in the refrigerator in a jar with a screw top lid.
Before serving, shake the jar vigorously to remix the vinaigrette.
