Tropical Tofu Shake

Tofu adds creaminess plus an extra shot of protein to this shake.

Ingredients 

  • 16 ounces silken tofu, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen whole strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender container and blend until smooth.

Notes

Use any combination of fruit you want. You'll need 1.5 to 2 cups total.
If you want a thicker shake, use less coconut water.
Vegan? Use another sweetener besides honey.
