I am with you, I love hot sandwiches, not a huge lover of cold sandwiches:-) Since I am not a big meat eater, I love this sandwich, it looks delicious! Hugs, Terra

The beauty with a meal like this is that it’s totally adaptable – you can mix ‘n match, omit or add whatever you want. I love everything in the original recipe so I can’t wait to make it. I also love that you toasted your bread first – toasting or grilling sandwiches takes them up a notch in my opinion. Happy New Year!

Mmmmm….I love the look of this sandwich…especially made on a wonderful whole grain bread! I need to hunt down some smoky sun-dried tomatoes 🙂 Happy New Year!!!!

That pesto? It is TOTALLY getting made. I’m probably going to just want to eat it with a spoon. I am a sandwich-lover, so I’ve already pinned this sandwich to try in the coming days. Beautiful! Wishing you a Happy New Year, Shelby 🙂

I can’t wait to try that delicious pesto! Amazing sandwich and you made it look out of this world. Thank you so much for all your support, encouragement and friendship this past year Shelby. It has meant so much to me. Looking forward to many more #SundaySupper events in 2013!

Nice options you gave for adapting the sandwich for lower salt, calories, and fat. Great choices for those wanting lighter fare.
