Fruity White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Why not top off your next summer salad with this fruity white balsamic vinaigrette? You only need 4 ingredients and about 5 minutes to make it!

Spoon with fruity white balsamic vinaigrette over a salad bowl

Do you love flavored olive oil and vinegar as much as I do? Whenever I see a specialty store that offers them, I can’t resist going in.

On one of those visits, I picked up some pomegranate quince white balsamic dressing. That’s what inspired me to make a fruity white balsamic vinaigrette!

Of course, you don’t need that specific flavor. In fact, any fruit-flavored white balsamic vinegar will give your vinaigrette a nice, light flavor with just a bit of zest.

This dressing pairs perfectly with fresh summer tomatoes and peaches. I love trying it on all kinds of salads!

How to make fruity white balsamic vinaigrette

This 4-ingredient vinaigrette comes together in about 5 minutes or less.

Ingredients on a marble surface

Step 1: In a small jar with a screw-top lid, add the vinegar, salt, garlic pepper, and olive oil.

Step 2: Shake vigorously until well mixed.

Jar with a screw-top lid full of vinaigrette

Your vinaigrette is ready to enjoy! Best of all, you can store it right in the jar that you used to mix it up. It couldn’t be easier.

If you don’t have a jar with a screw-on lid, you can of course also just whisk the ingredients together in a cup or small bowl.

What to eat with this vinaigrette

There are so many ways to enjoy the sweet and zesty flavor of this vinaigrette!

One of my favorite options is to enjoy it with a fresh summer salad. Try it with my tomato peach salad with fresh mozzarella for a real treat.

It would also be wonderful for dressing roasted vegetables. The flavor of the vinaigrette will add a burst of brightness.

Or try it as a marinade for chicken or pork. The vinegar will tenderize the meat while adding amazing flavor.

Once you make this vinaigrette, you’ll find so many uses for it!

Storage

Storing your white balsamic vinaigrette is so easy. Just keep it in the jar you used to shake it up!

The dressing will stay fresh in the refrigerator for several weeks. Before serving it, be sure to give it a vigorous shake in case the ingredients have separated.
