Planning a Flag Day celebration tomorrow? Me neither. I’ll hang an appropriate garden flag, but that’s as festive as I get. How about a picnic for the 4th of July? Now we’re talking! Add these red, white, and blue berry ice cubes loaded with blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries to your drinks for the perfect patriotic touch.
These berry ice cubes couldn’t be easier to make. Add the fruit to a muffin tin, then fill each cup with coconut water (or plain water if you aren’t a coconut fan). Freeze until firm and you’re done.
If you want to serve the ice cubes in individual drinks, use a mini muffin tin. If you want to serve them in a large pitcher, use a regular sized muffin pan.
