Roasted Tomatillo Salsa

Tired of the same old salsa? Want something a bit tart to perk up your tacos? Try Roasted Tomatillo Salsa. It’s easy to make and very tasty.

Tomatillos (say “toe-mah-TEE-yo”) look like green tomatoes wrapped in paper-thin husks. To use them, you remove the husks and then rinse off the sticky substance from the skin.
